Viral molecular biology

Click on a part of the viral cycle to get the list of molecular processes.

The molecular biology sheets are based on viral ontology and contain a short description and the list of viruses involved with references. When an UniProt Keyword is associated, a list of viral proteins can be accessed through the tabs.
Each protein on pathway pictures can be clicked to display a short popup giving information on the protein. Viral proteins popups contain informations from UniProt entries, and Host proteins give access to STRING popups which provide additional information on interactions.
