Lenarviricota

The viruses of this phylum are characterized by a homologous RNA-dependent RNA polymerase of the lenar type (PFAM Levi family and PFAM Mitovirus family). Some viruses do not encode a capsid, others form virions with an icosahedral capsid of T=3 symmetry.
