Enzymatic reaction:
Protein-primed terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase : DNA-dependent DNA polymerase (DdDp) attaches one or more nucleotides to a Tyrosine or Serine in the target protein through a nucleotidyl-transferase reaction
(Nucleotidylylation).
