Proteome
Glycoprotein
GPC Hantavirus glyprotein is expressed through a precursor GPC (Glycoprotein precursor), which is further cleaved by host signal peptidase into Gn (Glycoprotein N-term) and Gc (Glycoprotein C-term) chains. Gn/Gc assemble in tetramer spikes and form a lattice on the surface of the virion . These proteins are structurally similar to Alphavirus E1/E2 (Chikungunya virus) ..
Nucleoprotein
N The nucleoprotein bind and protects the viral single-stranded RNA and by forming an helical capsid . It may bind to the Glycoprotein cytoplasmic tail .

RdRp polymerase (L)
L The RNA-dependent-RNA polymerase is the enzyme that replicates and transcribes the viral RNA genome. It has two enzymatic activities:
NSs
NSs Non Structural S Segment (NSs) is a host-modulation protein that could counter innate immunity . It is a short peptide and is encoded on an alternative ORF of N segment.
