Viral molecular biology

Click on a part of the viral cycle to get the list of molecular processes.

The molecular biology sheets are based on viral ontology and contain process description and the list of viruses involved, with publications references. When an UniProt Keyword is associated, a list of viral proteins can be accessed through the tabs.
Each protein on pathway pictures can be clicked to display a short popup giving information on the protein. Viral proteins popups contain informations from UniProt entries, and host proteins give access to STRING popups which provide additional information on interactions.
