The receptors function have been classified as adhesion or entry receptors. The Type indicates the general class of molecule bound by the virus: transporter, polysaccharide, lectin,.. Host expression indicates the tissue expressing the receptor in Host, data mostly recovered in Human Protein Atlas. Virus tropism indicates the tissues actually infected by the virus in vivo, as described in the litterature. Entry mode indicates the way the virus cross host cell membrane according to ViralZone data.
